Warnings

  • The laser IS bright! Even in normal temperatures and daylight it is recommended to limit it to 30 seconds or less per use to avoid heat buildup.
  • DO NOT point the beam of any flashlight or laser at or in the direction of an individual, animal, privateproperty,etc.
  • Do NOT focus the beam of any flashlight or laser on an easily flammable object at close-range. Anydamage to the item or individual, as well as any other objects or individuals, will be solely theresponsibility of the individual misusing the item.
  • This flashlight or laser is NOT intended to be capable of burning an object, But may, if used incorrectly,cause damage or start a fire.
  • Do NOT use unlicensed or low-quality batteries or non-fitting batteries in any flashlight or laser, as weas any other variation or type of battery not intended for use in the item. This is likely to result indamage to the flashlight, and may result in injury.
  • Do NOT point any laser or flashlight at an aircraft. In most States and Countries, this is punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison or a $250,000 fine. Furthermore, it may permanently blind the pilot orpassengers, and leave you liable for further damages.
  • We do NOT take responsibility for the actions of those who use this item for an unintended purpose, or damage the flashlight by way of misuse.
  • Please keep this out of the reach of children or anyone below the age of 18, This is NOT a Toy!!! If misused, there may be potential for permanent blindness or other injury. You have the responsibility to supervise the use of this laser.  When not in use, it is always a good idea to remove the battery.  This is a good way to help ensure persons of an appropriate age do NOT have access to it.
  • Our high-powered flashlights and lasers are intended for use by Researchers, as well as other experts trained and licensed in their fields to handle such equipment. We do NOT take responsibility for anunlicensed or unqualified individual purchasing or misusing the item.
  • Just like the laser pointers you use to play with your pets, you should ALWAYS avoid direct eye exposure to laser beam.  You would NOT stare into a very bright flashlight, and you should NOT allow direct contact to anyone's eye (this includes your pets!  Love those little guys!)  Exposure to the eye can cause permanent damage, So Don't do it!
  • In some countries, laser pointers such as this may be illegal to own and/or use (especially the higher powered ones). Therefore, by purchasing these products YOU (the customer) accept all responsibly and liability to determine and fulfill the requirements and limitations of use or resale of these products in accordance with your country`s laws and regulations. In the event of resale, you also agree to include this notation in the product description, so that any potential buyer can also make an informed purchasing decision.
